A debt consolidation loan is more suitable for those looking to simplify their finances and is not a solution to financial difficulty.

If you have had credit problems in the past but you situation is improving then your application will be considered. Even if you have a low credit score.

The short answer is yes, but it will depend on the number, size, and type of default.

Being on a current repayment plan will also improve your application.

A credit check will be conducted as part of the assessment of your loan application. 

This will be visible as an inquiry on your credit file.

Centrelink income will be considered as part of your repayment capacity. However, if this is your only income you may not be able to meet the repayments. 

Not all Centrelink income categories are eligible.

Our debt consolidation loans are intended for low credit accounts and accumulated bills. It is a personal loan that starts at $2,001 and up to $5,000.

The amount you can borrow depends on what you can comfortably afford to repay, and our internal credit assessment.

Your loan application will be assessed within hours in most cases, and same day loan approvals are possible.

If approved and you have accepted the contract your deposit will be made immediately. 

Our personal loan product incurs an establishment fee of $400 and a 47.8% interest rate (comparison rate 65.6%*).

Gusto cash does not offer payday loans, or Small Amount Credit Contracts (SACCs). 

Payday loans were essentially outlawed in Australia when the SACC legislation was introduced. So these terms are used interchangeably. 

The loans offered by Gusto Cash have longer repayment terms than a Payday/SACC loan and are designed to be manageable without causing financial hardship to the borrower. 

There is also no penalty for early repayment so you can exit the loan when it suits you.
